We gather to roast and prepare the cocoa drink that we will use in the ceremony, and set an intention to it.

Cocoa is food for the soul, it is a very loving and subtle medicine that helps us open our hearts, dissolving bitterness and emotional traumas that remain stored in the form of muscle contractions and tension.

At the moment when the cocoa is absorbed and as we begin to dance we release all those tensions as we enter a meditative state where the whole body relaxes, that is where we experience the opening of the heart in an integral way.
